The Media Services Group Ltd is seeking a software support and training executive.
The Media Services Group Ltd. is a worldwide supplier of application software to the publishing and events industries, with offices in London, Los Angeles, Stamford and Phoenix. The software covers sales/CRM, advertising, exhibitions, conferences, accounting, circulation, books and rights/royalties.
Based in our Central London office, they will be dealing directly with UK publishing and events customers. The role will include responsibility for the telephone support of our customer's application software as well as the provision of software training.You will have a key part in the successful implementation of new systems including project administration and change control. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting progress, issues and activating escalation procedures. You will be the contact point between customer and programming.
This position is primarily to support our circulation (controlled and paid subscriptions) and books module customers. Experience in any of these areas is essential and a role serving or within the publishing, circulation, events or book industries is preferred..
