Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day, with a cocktail reception on the first night, allowing everyone time to network. Be sure to make your reservations at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel soon. A special group rate of $215 per night has been negotiated with the hotel for a limited time on a limited number of rooms. Room Reservations can be made one of two ways:

Registration Cancellation Policy: Registrations cancelled prior to July 9 will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Registrations cancelled between July 10 and August 10 (inclusive) will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. No refund will be issued on cancellations made less than 30 days prior (August 11-September 10).
